Bluegrass Band
Blue Roots is a fairly new Philadelphia based bluegrass band with musicians who have been immersed in this genre most of their lives. As fate would have it, these guys jammed together one Saturday afternoon and the chemistry of Blue Roots was born. As a goal, this band wanted to be known as the best bluegrass band in the Philadelphia area, and just this past January, the Sherman Theater billed Blue Roots as the "Best Bluegrass Band in the Tri State Area".
I am very proud to represent this intelligent and highly talented group of guys. Just what makes an endodontist, two engineers, one air fighter mechanic and an Irish Liquor Distributor work so well and be so entertaining on stage? Who cares. Just come on out and have a great time!
Singer-Songwriter
Krista Parrish is the product of a classically trained guitarist father, and an opera singer mother. She found her own style of expression while in college, and had the opportunity to study and perform with great jazz artists. A fusion of jazz, funk, and soul, Krista is a very talented singer-songwriter who captivates her audience with music heard straight from the heart. A skillful guitarist, Krista is mentor and teacher to many students in the Philadelphia area.
It was my pleasure to be asked by Krista to help jumpstart her performance schedule after taking a break to produce her latest CD. An evening of music with Krista is a great night not to be missed.
Troubadour
One might think Will Hawkins was born in the southern city of Nashville, but in fact was raised on the banks of the Hudson River in the historic village of Sleepy Hollow, NY. His smooth, dark and moody twang bring life to his original songwriting style and performance. I get many requests for representation, but when Will sent me his CD, I found myself listening over and over to tunes like "Johnstown", and "Ghost Town", two songs that just get stuck in your head - in a good way.
Will asked me to help with bookings while in the Philadelphia area on his way to Pittsburgh and beyond. I'd love to help promote him - hope you get to hear him as well!
